Hit the gym hard. Did bi and tri workout. Working on core and abs trying to get it a locked up nice and tight. Looking forward to crossfit at work tomorrow. Gonna try and get in the 10k in on Friday morning.
If your not working hard toward some form of self improvement then you are stagnant and therefore moving backwards while the rest of the aggressive and driven beings out here pass you by. We all have potential, realize yours today.
